Key responsibilities
- organization of import and export transportation of goods by direct rail
- interaction with service operators and platforms
- market monitoring, attracting new partners, optimizing working conditions under existing contracts (optimizing rates, receiving discounts)
- coordination and updating of bids
We are looking for a specialist
- who knows the structure of import and export cargo flows in direct rail traffic, mainly in the China-Russia corridor
- who knows the main operators who organize the service in direct railway communication, has experience in communicating with LPR
- who has experience working with Chinese platforms and an understanding of the work of the government subsidy system in China
