Key responsibilities

• request, approval and consolidation of marine line rates
• search for new agents for the organization of sea transportation
• conclusion of contracts with shipping lines, line agents
• placement of booking lines
• request and accounting of expense accounts of counterparties (sea lines, line agents)
• control of document flow with lines, line agents
• settlement of disputes with lines, line agents
• interaction with all departments of the company

We are looking for a specialist

• with a completed higher education (Bachelor's, Master's degree)
• having experience working with container cargo in import/export/transit (via the Far East, the Baltic, Novorossiysk)
• having knowledge of quotations/bid matching
• able to choose a service provider depending on the route
• proficient in English at least B2 (intermediate-advanced)
