Business Development Manager

Direction: Multimodal transportation
Location: Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk
Key responsibilities
- expansion and development of the company's current customers, attracting customers in the freight transportation market (international and domestic transportation) and logistics services
- selection and formation of a package of services based on the client 's requirements
- identification of new market segments
- conclusion of contracts with new clients
- implementation of the sales plan and other established key performance factors
- personal responsibility for compliance with financial discipline and timely payments for services rendered to the client
- calculation of transportation rates for potential customers of the company
- participation in thematic exhibitions and tenders
- preparation of work reports
- monitoring and analysis of the supply and demand market for logistics services
We are looking for a specialist
- with a completed higher education (Bachelor's, Master's degree)
- having experience working with multimodal container transportation (required), in sales and promotion of logistics services
- having the skills of sales techniques and negotiations, in preparing and conducting presentations
- who knows the market of transport and logistics services, the principles and foundations of building customer relationships
- for a confident PC user: working with databases; MS Office
