Key responsibilities
- expansion and development of the company's current customers, attracting customers in the freight transportation market (international and domestic transportation) and logistics services
- selection and formation of a package of services based on the client 's requirements
- identification of new market segments
- conclusion of contracts with potential clients
- implementation of the sales plan for the department as a whole and other established key performance factors
- personal responsibility for compliance with financial discipline and timely payments for services rendered to the client
- calculation of transportation rates for potential customers of the company
- participation in thematic exhibitions and tenders
- control over the document flow for working with clients (return of primary documents, control of accounts receivable)
- preparation of work reports
- monitoring and analysis of the supply and demand market for logistics services
We are looking for a specialist
- with higher education
- who knows the market of transport and logistics services, the principles and foundations of building customer relationships
- who has the skills of sales techniques and negotiations
- having high presentation and communication skills
- proficient in English at least intermediate-advanced level
- knowing of Farsi, Hindi or Chinese as an advantage
