Delivery of transit cargo en route from Europe to Asia and back via Russian territories will be simplified. Ministry of Transport elaborated a bill providing for creation of a system of transport corridors. As reported by Izvestiya, such freight transportations shall be governed by mild customs and supervision regulations. The project implies amendments to the railway charter.
